3.  HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SELL MY PROPERTY?

4.  WHAT DO YOU CHARGE?

        Our "one time" brokerage fee is considered very "fair".  The brokerage fee is divided among any cooperating brokers.  We will provide you with all of the costs upon our review of our "free" market analysis.
